Qualified PT with over 8 years experience in the female fitness industry. Furthermore, Andreia has many years of management experience in the industry and is one of the most respected female instructors in London and the South East.
Melody is a record-breaking ex athlete who loves keeping fit, trim, and healthy as much now as ever. She is very enthusiastic and passionate to help others achieve the well-being results she has spent decades perfecting.
