Membership
All members go through a journey with Shapers. From an initial enquiry to re-joining for another year, Shapers’ gyms offer various appointments and support throughout the members journey to help them achieve the best results and enjoy their time at Shapers.
The instructor creates the new member a personal programme based on their individual goals and takes the member through the following stages:
STAGE 1: INDUCTION
Members has an initial assessment and is shown how to use the circuit and equipment.
STAGE 2: VIBRO PLATE INDUCTION
Member is taught how to use the vibro plates for the first time.
STAGE 3: FOUR WEEK REVIEW
The active member is weighed and taken around the circuit to check their technique and progression with their personal programme.
STAGE 4: REASSESSMENT
The reassessment takes place every 8 – 10 weeks. This is to go over their initial health assessment and record results.
STAGE 5: NUTRITION
The member is offered a nutritional appointment within the first 8- 10 weeks of their membership. The member is given a 7-day food diary by the nutritionist who will advise and set nutritional goals.
All New members are offered a shadow after their initial induction and will continue to be offered shadows until they feel comfortable using the circuit.
